Why we started
Our Tech Guys started as a simple idea: in a world where technology changes faster than the tides, small businesses shouldn't have to run the gauntlet trying to keep up with it all. You've already got plenty on your plate: orders, staff, marketing, and keeping money coming in and going out. Tech problems shouldn't be keeping you up at night too. That's our job, not yours. We started Our Tech Guys to help Australian small businesses stay ahead of the technology curve, and to make it easy, stress-free and understandable along the way.

Pat Devlin
CEO / Managing Partner
Pat is part strategist, part Chief Motivation Officer, and a fully paid-up eternal optimist. In more than 30 years in tech, including at Aruba (HPE) and IronPort, one lesson has stuck: software only helps when it fits the way people actually work. His real talent is taking something complicated and explaining it so it makes sense.
Ryan Taylor
COO / Operations and Delivery Management
Ryan turns "this is a lot" into a plan you can follow. She's run technology projects for MYOB, Yarra Trams and APA Group, including CRM rollouts and cloud migrations, so she knows how to move a business onto a new system without losing its footing. Outside work, she's in the ocean or belting out a good showtune.
Megan Devlin
Company Operations Manager
Megan will be the first to tell you she's no tech whiz, and that's exactly what makes her so valuable. With nearly 30 years in management and team leadership, she understands the people side of change, and looks at every setup through the eyes of the people who'll use it. She'll also tell you Jurassic Park is the greatest film ever made.
Beau Devlin-Bijoux
Customer Support and Training
Beau is the friendly voice on the other end of the phone. Years in hospitality and retail mean he knows busy, customer-facing businesses from the inside. He brings patience and a kind voice to anyone getting used to new technology, without the weird jargon. Outside work, he's behind a camera or deep in a gaming session.
Renz-Rafael Tumbaga
CRM Integration Specialist
Renz gets your systems talking to each other. He's worked hands-on across Zoho, Salesforce and Workday, and has run Zoho CRM and Zoho One for an entire company. If there's friction in your system, he'll find it. If there's manual work slowing your team down, he'll automate it.
David White
Principal Network Architect
David has spent 40 years in IT, most of it deep in networking. If it's got a cable, an antenna or a signal, he's your person. His approach is simple: do it right the first time. Outside work, he's usually 4WDing, camping, renovating or out on the golf course.
